What people ask

What's the difference between the payment plans? +

You get the exact same membership regardless of how you pay. The only difference is timing — pay in full for the lowest total, monthly for maximum flexibility, or split payment for a middle ground.

When does the membership start? +

Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive a welcome email with your onboarding details and everything you need to access the program and community. Please allow a short window for this to arrive after checkout.

Can I upgrade my payment plan later? +

Yes — if you start on a payment plan and later want to pay the remaining balance in full, just reach out and we'll make that happen.

Is there a cancellation policy? +

Payment Full investment or agreed payment plan amounts are due before membership access is granted. Payment confirms your commitment and secures your place in the community. Deposits Where a deposit has been paid to secure a place, it is non-refundable and non-transferable. It represents a genuine commitment to participation and covers onboarding, administrative, and planning costs. Cancellations If you cancel before accessing any program content, your deposit is retained by The Heart Codes. Once access to the Skool platform and program materials has been granted, no refunds will be issued — regardless of content accessed, progress made, or payment method used. Members on a payment plan remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments, as amounts already paid represent access to the live program, community, and coaching already rendered. Exceptions may be considered in the event of a verified medical emergency, at the sole discretion of The Heart Codes. Continuation Membership Upon completing the initial 12-code arc, Members will be invited to continue on a rolling monthly or agreed renewal basis. Continuation investment will be communicated directly. Renewal is not automatic — it is an active choice and a continued commitment to the work.
